What kind of equipment is required for installation?
The SENSHO FINE water dispenser can be installed with an existing water supply and power source (220V).
However, if there is no water supply at the desired installation location, extension work for the water pipe will be necessary. A site survey will be conducted in advance to propose the optimal installation method.
What is the installation time and scope of the work?
If the water supply is nearby, installation can be completed in about 1 to 2 hours as it only involves branch connection and dispenser installation. If extension work for the water pipe is required, the duration depends on the piping distance and installation environment, but half a day to one full day of work may be necessary. Details will be provided after a site survey.
Are there any costs during the free trial period?
The unit rental is free, but if extension work for the water pipe is required, construction costs will be incurred. The cost will be estimated after the site survey.
What is the filter replacement frequency and maintenance method?
Typically, the filter is recommended to be replaced every 6 to 12 months or after 10,000 liters (depending on usage). If you use our regular maintenance service, you can leave the filter replacement and inspection to us.
How is the safety of the water quality guaranteed?
SENSHO FINE uses high-performance hollow fiber membranes made in Japan to remove impurities contained in tap water. It also follows quality control standards compliant with ISO 22000 and HACCP to provide safe drinking water.
It has passed the QCVN6-1:2010/BYT standard of Pasteur Institute Ho Chi Minh City, an authoritative place in Vietnam.
